# OffcutBench

> Free offcut tracking in your browser. Label each offcut on one rack, find a piece long enough before cutting new stock and record what you used, with no account.

Set up one rack in millimetres or inches, with its materials and bins, typed in or imported from CSV after a preview. Record each straight offcut with its measured length, measuring uncertainty, condition, batch and bin, and download its label as a 100 × 150 mm PDF or an A4 sheet of eight, each with a QR code and a Code 128 barcode, plus A4 bin cards. Find a length by material, number of blanks and finished length: OffcutBench adds an extra length per blank, a blade width for each blank, end trim and a safety buffer, then lists the pieces whose guaranteed length fits, shortest first or oldest first. Scan a piece or bin label with a keyboard scanner or the camera, or type its code. Record a piece used whole, a cut with a remeasured remainder and its own new label, a condition check or scrap. Download a rack list PDF, an available pieces CSV, a history CSV and a full backup, keep the rack on this device and prepare the tool for offline use.
